PROTECT WILDLIFE IN SOUTH AFRICA

cbcc-header.jpg

TO PROTECT AFRICA’S WILDLIFE, YOU HAVE TO PROTECT EVERYTHING AROUND IT

In October and November 2026, two groups of SOSA travelers will join Wild Tomorrow on the ground in South Africa — supporting rhino protection, ranger operations, habitat restoration, and community conservation initiatives.

Your donation helps protect endangered wildlife and the ecosystems they depend on.

  • Protect rhinos and support anti-poaching operations

  • Equip rangers and K9 units on the frontlines

  • Restore endangered sand forest habitat and support local communities

GOAL: $15,000 USD

HELP SOSA TRAVELERS AND SUPPORTERS REACH THE GOAL BEFORE THE TRIPS BEGIN

Conservation is not one single intervention. It is habitat, wildlife, people, and protection systems working together.

Wild Tomorrow and Zululand Conservation Trust protect critical wildlife corridors, support ranger teams and K9 anti-poaching units, restore endangered ecosystems, and invest in local communities across KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Every donation supports this interconnected approach to conservation.

WHERE YOUR DONATION GOES

Rangers are the last line of defense between poachers and the wildlife they protect. Through Wild Tomorrow’s regional conservation network, funds raised will help support frontline teams across KwaZulu-Natal with essential gear, training, and anti-poaching resources — including direct support for Zululand Conservation Trust’s rhino protection in the field.

South Africa is home to the largest rhino population on the continent, and KwaZulu-Natal remains one of the most heavily targeted provinces for poaching. Your donations help fund the frontline operations, forensic training, and wildlife monitoring that give rhinos a fighting chance.

Wild Tomorrow's all-female Green Mambas team works daily to restore the critically endangered sand forest, planting trees, removing invasive species, and monitoring seedlings that will one day anchor entire ecosystems. Funds also support the Mduku Saturday soup kitchen, providing weekly meals to local families, and the Grow ECD program, giving young children early education rooted in their natural environment.
