Tim is an experienced company director in the regulated financial services marketplace, having been regulated by the FCA (formerly FSA) as a Controlled Function CF1 (Director) and CF30 for nearly 20 years. He is experienced in handling cross border payments, onboarding of clients from global jurisdictions, so fully aware of Anti Money Laundering protocol and strict KYC requirements. As a Director of an FCA regulated entity, Tim had over 15 years of Compliance training and oversight. He has raised hundreds of millions in to a variety of projects, both capital market and venture related.
