WILD TOMORROW FUND 2019 ANNUAL GALA

What a night we had on Friday November 8th at the Manhattan Penthouse in New York at our 2019 Annual Gala. We were thrilled to be joined by two hundred guests who came out to show their support for our conservation work.

The evening was a night to celebrate the many conservation achievements Wild Tomorrow Fund made in 2019 – all thanks to our supporters around the world. We were especially proud to announce the establishment of our second habitat protection project - The Mfuleni Conservancy – that preserves the opportunity to connect the Mun-Ya-Wana Conservancy with iSimangalsio Wetland Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

And we were thrilled to present our 2019 Umvikeli Protectors Award to Les Carlisle. Les has been the Group Conservation Manager at andBeyond for over 28 years and anyone who has met him will attest to his infectious character and enthusiasm to leave this world a better place. He is one of the original founders of Phinda Private Game Reserve - now a globally recognized conservation model. Les is also Project Manager of the Rhinos Without Borders initiative - which has to-date successfully translocated 87 rhinos from South Africa to Botswana. Congratulations, Les.

A special thank you to our sponsors: Bayala Private Safari Lodge & Camp, Four Seasons Hotels, Ihlozi Lodge, NYDG, Sea Five Boutique Hotel, and Workman Publishing.
