PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Wild Tomorrow Fund, Inc (“Wild Tomorrow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers the Wild Tomorrow Text Messaging Program. By registering for a Wild Tomorrow Gala or related fundraising event and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages concerning event registration, mobile bidding, auction activity, donations, payment and checkout information, event announcements, and other information related to the event.

Messages may be sent using technology provided by OneCause, our event fundraising platform.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your participation in the event, including your bidding and donation activity. You may receive multiple or recurring messages during the period leading up to, during, and immediately following an event.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Wild Tomorrow and for messages you send to us. Please contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

OPTING OUT

You may opt out of the Wild Tomorrow Gala Text Messaging Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the text messaging program will be handled in accordance with Wild Tomorrow’s Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers that help us operate the messaging program or as required by law.

CONSENT

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing tickets, bidding in an auction, or otherwise supporting Wild Tomorrow. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Text Messaging Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
