GALA VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM

Thank you so much to our amazing 2025 Gala volunteers!

We get so many people interested in volunteering at our Gala - which is amazing, but we unfortunately can’t accept everyone.

Volunteer Expectations

  • Arrive at 5:00 PM at The Plaza Hotel.

  • Check guests in and direct them to their assigned table names.

  • Collect the necessary information from live auction winners.

  • Package silent auction items appropriately for winners to take home.

  • Encourage and assist guests in collecting their auction items before leaving.

  • Ensure that only confirmed winners collect silent auction items.

  • Check guests out at the end of the event.

  • HAVE FUN! 🎉

* Volunteers receive free admission to the gala!

* Food will not be provided. Please eat before arriving, unfortunately The Plaza does not allow outside food. There will be an opportunity for you to leave and grab a snack.
