CONGRATULATIONS

You and your group will enjoy exclusive use of Kusasa, Wild Tomorrow’s eco-lodge at the Greater Ukuwela Nature Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, immersing yourselves hands-on in a bespoke nature conservation experience centered around Wild Tomorrow's rewilding work.

“Kusasa” means "tomorrow" in Zulu; it represents our commitment to conservation aimed at restoring a wildlife corridor for threatened species while uplifting local communities and educating the public about the need for habitat conservation.

Located in a global biodiversity hotspot at Wild Tomorrow's stunning 4,000-acre Greater Ukuwela Nature Reserve, Kusasa was established to advance our mission to protect and restore the wildlife and ecosystems of the region. Your stay at Kusasa will offer an exclusive opportunity to be actively immersed in wildlife conservation – working with our conservation staff, learning about and participating in wildlife protection and nature restoration.

Architecturally designed pro-bono by GRADE NY and sponsored by a group of generous Wild Tomorrow donors, Kusasa’s seven bedrooms and common spaces provide our conservation-minded guests with an upscale yet natural, low-key, and low-carbon retreat in the bush. Our vision is that Kusasa will attract guests from around the world and will motivate and elevate their commitment to giving back to support wildlife conservation. Fully owned and operated by Wild Tomorrow, Kusasa is one of few high-end not-for-profit lodges in the world that dedicates 100% of any financial gain back into the reserve.

Our team will work with you to design your activities, and you will enjoy learning about, and participating in wildlife conservation with our team of ecologists and safari guides. Opportunities to take part in Wild Tomorrow’s community-based work are also available.
