MEGHA MEHDIRATTA

Megha Mehdiratta is a Senior Innovation Associate at The New York Climate Exchange, where she works with investors, universities, and philanthropists to drive partnerships that accelerate climate tech and innovation. Previously, she was a consultant at Pollination Group, advising governments, nonprofits, and financial institutions on climate finance strategies.

Her experience spans co-founding Anata, a sustainable e-commerce marketplace, supporting early-stage climate ventures at H/L Ventures, and driving business innovation at Glacier Grid, a Series A climate tech startup. Prior to the startup sprint, she she helped attract foreign investment and launched a nationwide technology commercialization mission at Invest India, an initiative under the Ministry of Commerce in India. 

Megha holds a Master’s in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. She lives in Manhattan with her partner and their growing collection of plants. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks in Central Park, training for runs, and practicing yoga.
