REBEKKA STUTZ
CO-LODGE MANAGER AT KUSASA
Rebekka Stutz was born and raised in Switzerland. After completing the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne, she built a career in sales, marketing, communications, and project and innovation management across hospitality and IT. Today, together with her partner Jono, she co-manages Kusasa, the Wild Tomorrow Fund’s donor lodge in the Greater Ukuwela Nature Reserve, KwaZulu-Natal, sharing her knowledge and passion with guests while empowering local people to build careers in hospitality.
Driven by her motto—"Driven by purpose, guided by heart"—Rebekka combines her love of nature, conservation, adventure, people, and education with meaningful work to protect wildlife and support communities. She believes that true impact begins with passion, purpose, and connection, inspiring others to make a lasting difference for people and the planet.
