2023 WORLD RANGER DAY CAMPAIGN

Rangers are on the front line of saving the world’s wildlife and wild spaces. Let’s show them our gratitude this #WorldRangerDay by outfitting them with proper boots and uniforms, providing them with adequate tools and equipment, and upgrading their camps.

Our goal this year is $18,355. Click the button below to donate or scroll to see the full list of requested items.

MOST URGENTLY NEEDED

Wildlife rangers dedicate their lives to protecting wild animals from poachers. Sometimes their efforts may fall short if they lack the basic equipment and tools for the job. We don’t want this very solvable problem to be the reason that wildlife suffers.

RANGER BOOTS & UNIFORMS

Rangers sometimes walk many kilometers a day, and having well-made boots and untorn uniforms is a huge priority. Will you help us reach our goal of providing 93 pairs of boots, 87 uniforms, and 115 sniper hats?

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Having the correct tools and equipment can make all the difference for a Wildlife Ranger on the frontline of conservation. Will you help us equip 145 rangers with the requested tools & equipment?

RANGER CAMP UPGRADES

After a long patrol - day or night, rain or shine - we want the rangers at our Greater Ukuwela Nature Reserve to come back to warm showers and reliable electricity. This year we are prioritizing sustainability and giving both the Ukuwela and Mfuleni Guard Camps solar upgrades. Will you help us reach our goal of providing 2 camps and 8 rangers with upgraded solar systems?
