2022 HONOREE DR. ANNE INNIS DAGG
This year’s Gala will honor Dr Anne Innis Dagg, trailblazing zoologist, feminist and ‘giraffologist’, who will accept the award in person alongside her daughter Mary. The 2022 Umvikeli Wildlife Protector Award recognizes Dr Anne Dagg’s work deepening understanding of giraffe and other African animal biology and behavior, and the Anne Innis Dagg Foundation’s focus on saving habitat for giraffe and all species.
